Terms of Service

CantingSpace is a web workspace for planning, approving, and tracking social media content, and for reading performance data from the Instagram professional accounts you connect. We may improve, change, or retire features over time. When a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Posts are planned, approved, and queued in CantingSpace, and published to Instagram by your team. We do not post to your accounts on our own.

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe, and be at least 18 years old or have permission from someone who is. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for everyone they invite into it and for how the workspace is used.

New workspaces may start with a free trial of the Creator plan. No card is needed. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the workspace moves to a limited, read-mostly plan until you choose one.

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah on our pricing page and are final: no extra fees are added at checkout. Annual plans are paid 12 months up front. Monthly plans are paid one month at a time. Each plan includes the capacity shown on the pricing page, such as connected accounts, team seats, posts, AI credits, and storage.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. A plan becomes active when the payment is confirmed. We will remind you before a term renews.

A limited number of places on each plan are offered at a founding price. The founding price is available only on annual billing, stays open until that plan's places are taken (or until we close the offer), and applies to the first term and every renewal for as long as the subscription continues without a break.

You lose the founding price if you cancel, or if you move to monthly billing. A failed payment does not cost you the founding price on its own: you keep it during the grace period while the payment is sorted out. If you move to another plan on annual billing, you keep founding pricing for that plan.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including annual payments, unused months, and unused capacity. The free trial exists so you can try CantingSpace before you pay. If we end the service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid term.

The workspace owner can stop the subscription at any time from the workspace settings (Stop plan at end of term), or by emailing hello@cantingcreative.id. It stays active until the end of the term you have paid for and does not renew after that. See section 5 for what cancelling means for founding pricing.

Each plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. When you approach a limit, we will show it in your workspace. Going past a limit may require a higher plan or paid extras. We may slow down or pause automated work, such as data refreshes, that goes far beyond what a plan includes, and we will tell you when we do.

You own the content and data you put into CantingSpace. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and to connect the Instagram accounts you connect, and that you follow Instagram's and Meta's terms when you do.

Do not use CantingSpace to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam, to harm or overload the service, to access data that is not yours, or to resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend a workspace that does.

We work to keep CantingSpace available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be interrupted. Instagram data depends on Meta, which can change or limit what it provides. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

You can delete your workspace from its settings. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously broken. After a workspace is deleted, its data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will give notice by email or in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions can be sent to hello@cantingcreative.id.
