Refund Policy

All payments, including annual plans paid up front, are non-refundable. We do not refund unused months or unused capacity, and we do not refund a plan when you move to another one.

The workspace owner can stop at any time from the workspace settings, or by emailinghello@cantingcreative.id. Your plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for and does not renew. Stopping ends founding member pricing; see the Terms of Service.

If we end the service for reasons that are not your fault, or charge you twice for the same thing by mistake, we will refund the affected amount.
